Workshops

I hold several types of workshops during the year: Coaching, Creatively Fit Painting workshops and Graphic Recording Training. Here are two workshops for the new year: My new SHIFT-IT Workshop and a Painting Made Easy Workshop.
 
                            SHIFT Your Thinking and Change Your Life Workshop
                                      Dates: TBD
                                      Time: 9:00 AM-4:30 PM
                                      Location: TBD
                                    Workshop Content: Clear out the OLD beliefs that are no longer serving you and make room for NEW beliefs to design the life you WANT to live. This is tricky as you know, and using the SHIFT-IT Visual Coaching Process created by Christina Merkley, I will not only help you LET GO of them, but also make sure you have tools to STAY in that new frame of mind. These three days will unearth those subliminal and not so subliminal messages that hold you back from what you really want. Then you'll create a clear vision for your life, learn skills that will support you in attaining that vision, and finish with the creation of a manageable, doable plan to get there.
 
In addition to having my support as a certified coach:
  • You will be in a group of like-minded people who will support you on this path
  • You will have three days of self discovery and a lifetime of more intentional thinking
  • You will have your own personal workbook with all the tools and templates I coach you through
  • You will physically create something to strengthen the RIGHT side of your brain--the side that
